What happens when I set up my subscription next?
You will be sent an email confirming the set up of your subscription. Your card will then be charged on the 25th Day of the upcoming month and your Tasting Club box will be sent out during the following week. This process will repeat until the set number of periods has passed or you cancel the subscription
Can I gift the Subscription?
Yes, just check the box and fill in the form and we will send a card, with your name and options gift message, detailing the subscription to the recipient within 2-3 working days.
Can I have the Gift Card sent to me?
Yes just fill the senders address box with your address and we will send the gift card to you.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Just Click Here to go to our subscription manger, enter your email and you will be emailed a link to login. Click on the billing tab > click cancel > type the word CANCEL > click Cancel plan. If you have any problems just send an email to hello@paxtonchocolate.com. We hope to process all requests within 48 hours and we will let you know when we have processed your request.
Can I change the address on my subscription?
Just Click Here to go to our subscription manger, enter your email and you will be emailed a link to login. Click on the Plan tab > scroll down to the address > click edit > fill in the new information > click Update. If you have any problem Just send an email to hello@paxtonchocolate.com and we will update your address. We hope to process all requests within 48 hours and we will let you know when we have processed your request.
Can I change my payment details?
Just Click Here to go to our subscription manger, enter your email and you will be emailed a link to login. Click on the billing tab > next to Current Card click Edit > enter the new information > click Update Card. As your payment details are securely encrypted we can see them or change them.
Where can a see/manage my payments?
Just Click Here to go to our subscription manger, enter your email and you will be emailed a link to login. Click on the Payments tab and you will be able to review all payments.
