Paxton Chocolate was founded by Caitlin Paxton, who with a background in fashion design and architecture, decided to follow in the foot steps of her Swiss grandfather, a patissier and chocolatier, and re-train as a patisserie chef. She completed her patisserie diploma at the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu, initially in Paris then in London. It was here at Le Cordon Bleu that she developed her passion for chocolate.
CAITLIN FELL IN LOVE WITH THE WAY THAT CHOCOLATE, WHEN HANDLED PROPERLY, AT THE RIGHT TEMPERATURES, CAN BECOME GLOSSY DELICIOUS MASTERPIECES.
She realised that she could combine her innate understanding of flavour passed down from her chocolatier grandfather, with the knowledge of texture, pattern and colour from her work in design, and the skills learnt at Le Cordon Bleu to conceive truly unique objects.

Using either our pioneering digital printing system, or our innovative 3D mould making or a combination of the two; each chocolate is individually imagined to evoke a visual response giving you a snapshot of the taste experience you are about to enjoy.
